Miss hobo hippie, this rucksack-wearing zen lunatic wanderer wants to extend his most sincere condolences to a fellow old hippie. I’m saddened to read about Dave’s passing and I hope very much that you have found peace. Knowing what little I know about you, I believe you’ve been moving more down the beatnik highway in that direction with each passing day. I’ve found through the recent passings of close friends and the ending of a relationship with a woman I loved very much that a broken heart heals one atom at a time — one sunrise at a time. Life itself is a sunrise and each day is a blessing. I wish I would have known you and Dave during the wonderful years that you shared with the truest of hippies and beatniks. My deepest sympathy for you and with highest regard of you. Rob H. P.S — thank you for sharing beatnikhiway with so many of us. I venture upon it to find comfort and peace.
if condolences are warranted i will take them-anything will do at this point!
