From source to release
The pipeline is: approved source or local import → draft candidate → evidence review → rights review → recorded human review → published dataset release.
Automated extraction can create a draft. It cannot mark its own output reviewed or prove that a historical statement is true.
Evidence states are not confidence scores
A claim can be supported, disputed, not supported or not found in the index. Disputed claims remain visibly disputed and are not used as settled premises for opening or relationship conclusions.
Time precision is preserved
A year is not silently converted to 1 January. Publication, retrieval, validity, review and response times remain distinct.
Visitability is a dated assessment
The decision order is restricted or private access, then applicable temporary notices and date exceptions, then regular hours. Results describe scheduled conditions, never guaranteed live status.
Unknown route geometry stays unknown
A walk checks every stop at its estimated arrival and departure. Missing reviewed segments produce a partial route with null total distance, end-to-end time and geometry rather than an invented straight-line path.
Corrections leave a revision trail
A correction can supersede or withdraw an earlier claim while preserving its revision history. A data release changes only when published content changes.
